Member Rules & Agreements
We invite our members to enjoy all the features this site has to offer. But we must require that members abide by certain rules so that no one's rights are stepped on. Failure to abide by these rules can result in immediate termination of membership. Member Rules - All members will treat other members with courtesy and respect when posting messages to the discussion groups. No unnecessary name calling or abuse toward any member is allowed.
- No profanity shall be posted in messages to the discussion group. Members who post messages with profanity or obcenity will have their membership terminated.
- No sharing of member logon passwords and user names. Our system is designed to detect this immediatly, and suspend any account where more than one person signs on using the same username, password.
- No reprinting, republishing reposting or redistribution of information, images, etc., presented on this site, to any other site. Doing so is violation of our copyright and our member agreement.
Member Agreements Member acknowledges and agrees that all contents of the mergermentor.com site are the property of Management Services & Development, Ltd. and that the information is primarily intangible property that is provided solely for the individual use of the member. Therefore, the member acknowledges that it is extremely important to abide by these rules and agreements. Member acknowledges that "Mergermentor.com" is a trademark or Management Services & Development, Ltd. and that no use whatsoever is permitted without proper statements and references. Member specifically agrees to be bound by all of the rule and agreements. Member use of the information and products provided are conditional upon acceptance of all terms and conditions. This includes any usage guidelines that may be posted on the mergermentor.com site from time to time Member is prohibited from providing access to information or use by the member's own business staff outside of use in the analysis of the member's individual business or use by third parties and/or non-member individuals. Such actions would be a direct violation of the member's agreement. Member acknowledges that the mergermentor.com site does not and is not providing tax or legal advise and that under Pennsylvania law Management Services & Development, Ltd. or its agents are not authorized to give legal, accounting, or tax advice. The member is advised to specifically consult with their own attorney and/or accountant on such matters. Mergermentor.com and Management Services & Development, Ltd. shall not be liable for any damages incurred by a member arising as a result of reliance upon information from or analyis derived from information or products provided by or through the mergermentor.com Members Only Site. Management Services & Development, Ltd.'s entire liability arising out of this agreement shall be limited to and shall not exceed the fee paid to Management Services & Development, Ltd. for access to the mergermentor.com Site. Mergermentor.com and Management Services & Development, Ltd. specifically advise, herein, the member that the information and products are based on compilations and analysis of the best sources available to Mangement Services & Development, Ltd. at a given time and that any opinions or judgments are subject to change. Failure to abide by these rules and agreements can result in immediate termination of membership without refund and other appropriate action as may be required in equity.
